The competition consists of three parts, the initial idea submission, a presentation round  and the final part that allows the selected team to investigate their idea further.  The competition will run over two quarters and ideas can be entered from the 7th October 2011.

The team with the winning idea will be given time to progress their idea giving them a chance to investigate the potential benefits and set the ground work for it being developed further.

The first part of the competition is the initial submission of a teams idea in the form of a short email and needs to fall into one of the four categories highlighted below:

The categories are:

Ideas that will increase our presence in the market, whether its getting VYRE’s name out or getting more software sales, we are listening

Think you have the next big idea? the next big feature of one of our existing products? Maybe its just using them in different ways - lets try it

Have an idea for improving the working environment? Or how we work better together? Lets hear your ideas and make it all a little more social

Whether its something we all do everyday or something that takes a small number of us a long time to do, if you have an idea to make it more efficient then let us know

Meet our judges, who say:

"At each stage of the competition ideas will be judged based on; innovation, impact and return on investment. However not all the criteria needs to be matched as an idea that gets a high score in one criteria could still win."
