VYRE welcome Espresso Education as new client
07.10.2010 16:05FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE, 23 September 2010, London UK: VYRE Ltd, developer of content management platform VYRE Unify, welcomes Espresso Education, the UK's leading educational digital content company, as a new VYRE client. Espresso Education’s mission is to transform education by encouraging the true integration of technology into classroom instruction through the use of powerful and compelling digital content.
It serves over 60% of schools in the UK with its Espresso Primary and Clipbank for Secondary services, and has won numerous awards over the years recognising its innovation, product, and customer services. In addition the company has ambitious international expansion plans, recently having launched a version of its service in the US.
The investment in VYRE Unify was therefore critical to supporting and fulfilling its business plans and aims. “We shortlisted 4 vendors and out of those chose VYRE Unify as it provides a single point of truth for content. This means it will enable us to quickly, easily and efficiently manage and publish our content across multiple channels in a matter of just a few clicks,” said Harley Richardson, Director of Product Development, Espresso Education. He added “It unlocks our content, opening up the ability to mix and match our award-winning video and other learning resources in order to create new products to meet educational demands across the globe.” Espresso is already reaping the rewards of VYRE Unify. It enabled Espresso to quickly set up its US weekly news service - which integrates many asset types including video files and interactive flash activities.
The CMS has optimised workflow across multiple locations and time zones - from editorial and content production in Florida to editorial approvals in London to content delivery in Chicago. Furthermore Espresso was looking for a solution that can grow and expand with the business and service offerings, and VYRE Unify offers the company the scalability and flexibility to create a solution that meets its needs now, but that can also easily accommodate future business needs. VYRE are very excited to be working with Espresso Education from this point forward.
