VYRE Releases Third Module in the On Brand Suite

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE, November 30, 2011, London, UK

VYRE, the award winning marketing automation company, is launching Creative Workflow as the third module of its highly accredited Brand Asset Management suite On Brand.

The innovative new module will enable seamless collaboration between the creative team and will involve marketing asset and media management, together with brand and project managers, helping to manage the production and approvals process for the web, photo, social media and all other marketing materials.

In short, it is a module that enables the best creative minds to work in perfect harmony in an environment where entire creative workflows can be centrally managed for maximum efficiency and optimum brand protection.

VYRE’s web-based modular solutions build on the award-winning VYRE Unify marketing automation platform and are available bespoke or ‘out of the box’ to offer supreme flexibility for the client.

Based on over 10 years’ experience deploying tailored marketing applications for hundreds of global brands, VYRE solutions include: Brand Asset Management; Digital Asset Management; Creative Workflow and Approvals; Campaign Management; Artwork Automation and Multi-Channel Content Management.

The company's clients include Diageo plc, Nokia plc, Virgin Holidays, Shell plc, ESPN STAR sports, Cambridge University Press, the AAT, IMG Media Group, Lowe & Partners Worldwide, Draftfcb, Nestle, and FutureBrand.

A distinguishing feature of On Brand is the ability to manage multiple brands, enabling companies to have customised interfaces specific to their needs and identities.

Ruth Knight, Marketing Director at VYRE, says: “The key aim of the creative workflow module is to free up time so people can be more creative and less constrained by process."

"Its non fuss approach and engaging interface supports user adoption and features such as annotation, group discussion and task management take the hard work out of managing creative projects.”

On Brand’s third module builds on the success of the company’s existing Digital Asset Management and Guideline modules.

The key features of Creative Workflow are: centralised single online hosting solution; streamlined jargon-free project management; artwork annotations; group comment and discussion; people, projects and tasks views; multi-stage approvals and notifications to speed up production; event and scheduled driven messaging/ notifications.

The benefits are enormous and varied, allowing companies to centralise collaboration with ease; comment, approve and audit easily; save time and money; share ideas and assets in a secure environment; reduce paper trails and reliance on emails and risk; save time searching various systems; centrally manage overall costs and workflows.

Creative Workflow also improves marketing team communications, plus image, document and collateral management while continuously refining creative processes. Bottlenecks are eliminated and the clear view of the creative process allows resources to be redeployed more effectively.

Vitally important is the fact that a secure, single source of information, accessible anywhere in the world, allows teams to collaborate on projects at any time of the day, which reduces the risk of missing deadlines and costly re-designs and re-schedules.

Andy Peters, VYRE Chief Executive Officer, says: “We believe the On Brand creative workflow module is different to anything else on the market; its simplicity is also its power - as creative people don’t want to be burdened by process.

“Plus, as they are installed on VYRE unify, large global enterprises can reap the benefits of an out of the box model for the first time, dramatically reducing the cost associated with purchasing and running a solution of this type.”

Jeremy Chames, Project Manager of Brand 360, Distell’s On Brand asset management solution, said:

“Creative Workflow will be really important for us to be able to govern the process from concept right through to the final fulfilment of our brand assets. We have been eagerly anticipating its arrival.”
