When The Society of London Theatre adopted a new content management platform last year they did so with the clear aim of attracting more users to their sites and improving those users' engagement.

The first two parts of the equation were improved SEO and the addition of rich media content to take full advantage of the theatre medium. Their latest challenge is 'Search'.

With the help of its content management provider (VYRE) SOLT have added enterprise search functionality to its website. This session will look at key advanced techniques such as facetted, predictive and federated search as well as stemming and synonym support and how their implementation supports SOLT's aims to attract new users.
