VYRE Unifies vs. Globix FC
13.06.2006 09:35Today sees the long awaited match between the VYRE Unifies and the transatlantic might of Globix. The Unifies have been training since last summer for this match, and cannot wait to be let loose on their opponents.
The Globix team are relatively unknown, having being practising behind closed doors in their highly secure training centre. The Unifies can be expected to bring a strong team, with stars such as Matthews the nippy striker, thought of by some as the next Maradona; Gudmundsson the midfielder who has trained with members of Iceland's national team; and the terrifying defender known only as The Butcher, thought to have emerged from the fens of Cambridgeshire, who has even been known to injure his own players. We can only hope that no-one is hurt in what could be a very entertaining match.
