Update on Radio IBC
10.10.2007 16:17 - Conny Lutz
As we reported just over one month ago, the new Radio IBC website is now powered by our web platform VYRE Unify. We have just received the Radio IBC newsletter with an update on how the new website and show went for the Radio IBC team. I have copied and pasted this below for you from the newsletter.
Following a whirlwind twenty week development programme, the Radio IBC pilot was launched at 9am on Friday 7 September, 2007. By the close of IBC 2007 we had produced a total of more than 30 hours of original content and transmitted for over 45 hours.
Radio IBC 2007 mixed news, interviews, pre-recorded features, discussion programmes and packages recorded live from the exhibition floor. We covered every subject imaginable, from professional audio workflows to media law. From IPTV and internet video to the biggest OB production unit on the planet.
The pre-recorded content and packages recorded at the show are now available to listen to in our Audio Archive. There are also packages that didn't make it on air, a series of News Digests sponsored by Harris and extracts from our live output.
There's an RSS feed to subscribe to, so you receive new content automatically as soon as it's added. We intend to add to the Audio Archive on an ongoing basis.
There's also a link to our BROADniche network, where you'll find a mass of content recorded since we began producing programmes in September 2005.
We're now in the process of writing, producing and commissioning more new content. If you have any suggestions or would like us to make a programme about you or your company, get in touch. The best email address to use is info@radioibc.com . If that's too impersonal, contact Colin Birch - colin@eye-i.com or +447818 018404.
