We are looking for a qualified individual to take on a combined role in our growing office. The successful candidate should be an experienced Web Consultant with strong BA and project management skills, able to produce the necessary documentation to support the development of complex web applications and websites.

The role requires someone who is proactive and extremely 'hands on' with excellent communication skills, particularly in negotiation and facilitation. You should be comfortable working with clients to capture aims and objectives that translate into clear deliverables through detailed IA and scope documentation.

You must also be able to successfully balance client expectation against timescales, budget and resource.

Required skills:

• BA or BSc in Information Systems Management or a technical degree 
• Project management methodologies eg. PRINCE II, Agile
• Experience with content management systems, digital asset management, business process     applications
• Knowledge of accessibility, browser capabilities
• Excellent knowledge of MS Visio, Omnigraffle, MS Projects
• An understanding of presentation technologies such as XHTML,CSS, XSL
• Experience training, mentoring and running workshops, as well as strong presentation skills    to both business and technical audiences
• Aptitude for understanding web technologies

Desirable skills:

• Experience in Change Management
• An understanding of XSLT, Javascript

Responsibilities:

• Manage entire project lifecycle on time and to budget
• Management of multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams and conflict      resolution
• Lead client consulting engagements with project scoping and technical architecture design      responsibilities
• Work closely with client & developers to manage the brief and define objectives
• Define architecture, interaction, navigation & user journeys for web apps
• Produce scope & functional documentation to include site maps, wireframes, user flow          schematics
• Manage & motivate team members
• Hold regular status meetings & produce status reports 
• Cost control, invoicing and budget reconciliation
