VYRE World

The relaunch of a formal partner programme sets the scene for future growth; for our business partners and for us.

We understand that a partner programme goes far beyond simply working together, or providing an expected level of service. It is core to our business; an ideal that we strive to achieve, setting the grade by which we can be measured.

By joining the Business Partner Programme you will be provided with a range of services, support and information updates. You will have access to skilled professionals, willing and able to assist in all aspects of sales, marketing, project planning and implementation.

Our Partners

Pre-sales Support

Working as an extension to the Partner Operations and Professional Services Organisations, our Pre-sales Engineers provide a commercial and technical perspective to new and ongoing projects.

Pre-sales Engineers are product specialists able to provide as much or as little support to Business Partners as they require. You may need a degree of hand-holding as you begin on a new project, to ensure things start off in the right direction, or you may need someone to discuss with the customer how their implementation could develop.

Partner Assist

Partner Assist was created to enhance the support provided to registered Business Partners and to help partners understand our organisation and our products.

We recognise that there will always come a time when your account manager is not available, or when you have a question but don't know where to turn for the answer. Partner Assist is the focal point for such occasions, and has a wealth of partner-related knowledge that they can call on to answer your questions.

Of course the role of the division goes far beyond this. Partner Assist plays a pivotal role in ensuring that partners are aware of issues and activities that may affect them. As a central function of Partner Operations the team understands our business from a purely partner-centric point of view.

Professional Services

When you consider that our Consultants are the people closest to the projects, it is easy to see why they can be invaluable to the success of a customer's implementation.

Consultants learn a customer's requirements in great detail, working as an additional member of the project team, and bringing a wealth of product specific knowledge. Consultants are available to supplement your own Professional Services offerings acting in partnership, not in competition.

With their wide and varied experiences our Consultants bring a different perspective to each and every new project, and are able to talk to customers at a more practical 'ground' level. Our consultants are available to Business Partners at a discounted rate, to help build an application or to operate as part of your project team.

The range of services offered by our Professional Services include:

  • Installations
  • System health checks
  • Performance tuning
  • Project management

Technical Support

As a Partner you will have access to a dedicated partner-focused team within our technical support group. In addition, you have choices on how to manage support as a service to your customers. You can choose to have our support team operate as though it was your own second line team, or you can re-sell our support services directly to your customers, effectively relieving your organisation of support provision entirely. Whichever option best suits your requirements there are discounts available to you.

Our Support Agents have access to years of call resolution knowledge, so they are perfectly placed to answer calls that require a more advanced level of service.

Training

We consider our Business Partners to be an effective extension of our sales and service functions. As such, it is essential that the product knowledge of our partners is at least equal to that of our own people.

This is especially true on the release of a new product, when we need to ensure that sales people, pre-sales executives and consultants, throughout the channel, deliver a unified message, and are perfectly able to answer a customer's demands.

Marketing

The Marketing team will be involved in early discussions regarding marketing activity, to help ensure the success of any joint programmes, and will provide a range of skills and support as the programme continues.

The involvement of the Marketing team will depend on the content of the particular marketing programme and the extent of your in-house marketing support. Services include copywriting, print management, fulfilment, telemarketing, venue finding, exhibition management, seminar creation, creative production, new media production, lead tracking, market research, PR and advertising.
