The navigation of the site can be personalised so that users have specified privileges and only have access to the areas they are editorial responsible for.
Content is created in the browser-based intranet using database driven forms, fitted with WYSIWYG editing. With just a few clicks reporters and editors can send new content through a bespoke workflow process, get it approved and published instantly or schedule publishing for specified times. Content can be published to a variety of sections of the site, as well as linking it to related content in different sections.
The CMS workflow, approval and content scheduling processes are invaluable as they help to maintain consistency and standards and ensure content is automatically removed when it becomes outdated.
