Advanced UI

VYRE Unify Advanced UI is a high-performance scalable solution to create and maintain web sites, intranets and applications with rich content and social networking capabilities. It provides a series of flexible modules (portlets) to provide a personalised feature rich end user experience. It is also used to create a completely configurable set of user interfaces for digital asset management, content management, print management and social networking applications.

The advanced UI module provides a layer to allow your users to quickly and easily publish content created in Unify to be deployed to multiple channels including web, print and mobile. It is built using industry standard technology and provides a set of elements that deploy output to various web and application standards.

Unify Advanced UI streamlines the day to day tasks of running single and multiple websites, intranets and applications by providing a flexible browser based interface that is personalised for each user and group that uses it.

Out-of-the-box tools
Choose from 50+ pre-built portlets of functionality for speed of portal deployment. Portlets are built to JSR 286 standard and cover content management, workflow, collaboration and social networking features.

Customised, personalised interfaces
Configure interface design and features according to user profiles, for a personalised look, feel and content – down to a single user level, or across a whole group.

Granular, role-based permissions
Ensure that only the right people can access, edit and control the right information, by assigning roles to individual users, groups – even to certain tools and capabilities.

Secure single sign-on (SSO)
Pull all of your different systems and content together, making them available by logging in just once.

Multi-site management
Greatly ease the burden of managing multiple sites with a consolidated content management portal.

Easy file upload Simply drag files into "WebDAV" folders to automatically upload them to your portal.

Search & tagging
Tag web content, documents, message board threads and more to dynamically share important or interesting content with other portal users. Users can then search for relevant information in specific portlets and communities within the entire portal – even within external applications that have been integrated into it.

Personalised dashboard
A dashboard home page provides every user with a customisable personal space, so they can see and manage their tasks and messages.

Multi-language support
International or multi-lingual organisations get out-of-the-box support for 22 languages. Other languages can be added with ease. Users can toggle between different language settings with just one click.

User management
Unify comes with a number of user management integration options, including database mapping, LDAP and JAAS.
